hi heater matrix or what the call heater controll valve is pushing water out how do i remove this to replace it on opel astra 200is??

if it is the heater matrix you're going to have a lot of fun. you basically have to strip the whole front part of the dash (centre console).

serious..in the engine bay you have the 2 water pyps that connect to it and one looks like a outlet is this the same thing??

Sorry to say this but is agree with irgurt,you basically have to take the whole dashboard apart and that in itself is a big job,when I had my kadett 200is,it took me 3 days just to figure out how to make everything loose and get it apart.

I disagree. I did in less than two hours. All you have to do is take the passanger side apart with the centre console

Make sure the o-rings are still in good shape.

Fragrintwookie did a tutorial on it, but I think it was lost when the forum was having issues
